French Onion Vinegar

This super savory collaboration highlights our savory Ramp, Caramelized Onion, Gardener, and Heirloom Pepper vinegars, by pairing them with the incredible herbs and spices from our friends at Burlap & Barrel! A combination of their Sun-dried Tomato Powder and Toasted Onion powder that we roast and incorporate into the vinegars along with robusta black peppercorns, herbs de Provence, bay leaves, taurus mountain thyme, and purple stripe garlic gives an incredible level of depth reminiscent of the classic Parisian bistro favorite. This is a wonderfully complex vinegar you'll find yourself using constantly on summer vegetables! Flavor Profile: Medium acidity, savory. Tasting Notes: Umami-driven, with notes of ramp, tomatoes, onions, black pepper, oregano, and herbs de Provence. Kitchen Pairings: This belongs anywhere savory.
