Honey & Chamomile Syrup

About: A combination of our Honey and Wild Chamomile Vinegars with Wildflower, Thistle and Sourwood Honeys, and foraged Wild Chamomile.Tasting Notes: Medium acidity. Fruity, floral and herbaceous, with notes of Caramel, Honey, Chamomile, and Sage. Pairings:  This is a great addition to a cocktail, or base for non alcoholic drinks; perfect to just mix with sparkling water for a sophisticated alternative to conventional sodas. It's also fantastic for fruit based desserts, or lighter pastries.
