Made in collaboration with the spice sorcerers at Burlap & Barrel, this zesty hot sauce is magical on pizza, and can make anything you dab it on taste just like pizza.  Pizza Hot Sauce is a potent brew of rich Cobanero chiles, ultra-savory ramps, and oregano flower buds for that classic pizza parlor buzz. We make it like a long-simmered marinara, with additions of heirloom peppers, garlic, caramelized onion, paprika, tomato, and even more herbs and spices for a heady mix that won’t blitz your palate with heat. Try it with raw vegetables and hummus as a snack, or on your morning eggs. Pizza Hot Sauce is more than a condiment; it’s also a flavor-packed base for sauces and dips, and we have some recipes to get you inspired.
