Fermented Ramp Salt

Tasting Notes: Garlicky with aromas of green tea, hay, grass and whey. Salty, of course, with just a slight touch of acidity Usage: This is a great finishing salt for any veggies, salads and the like, and would do exceptionally well with shellfish and seafood in general, as well as poultry.
