Shenandoah Cola Drinking Vinegar

Made in collaboration with our friend and neighbor Gabrielle Cerberville (you may know her as @chaoticforager on Instagram and Tiktok), this full-flavored vinegar is designed to be mixed with seltzer for a not-too-sweet refresher that’s packed with probiotics. We formulated Shenandoah Cola to honor old apothecary tonics of yore, when pharmacists blended medicinal ingredients with herbs and spices to create delicious heirloom remedies. Gabrielle is an ardent forager, just like us, and we’ve prepared this potion with wild ingredients close to both our homes in the Shenandoah Valley. That includes magnolias, Eastern red cedar, candy cap mushrooms, and spicebush, which all lend the vinegar a familiar yet beguiling flavor. Accents of vanilla and honey give it a classic cola verve.
