Ciro done the right way. 100% Gaglioppo, diligently farmed and gently handled in the winery to produce a very old school wine, with finesse, pure fruit notes, and stern tannins on the finish. Cirò at its best is similar to Nebbiolo, in that it has a relatively light color but dense tannins. The Cerminara offers flavors of tarry soil, tamari, pitch black cherry, and blood orange.
