Fine Art Prints | Transporting Art: MTA Bird & Cherry Blossoms

Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority and Mama Hawk Draws worked together to create the project Transporting Art: Enhancing MTA's Bus Shelters to enrich the rider experience and to entice people to try transit. Eight artists and two students submitted work and were chosen to have their work installed in different bus shelters around the downtown Macon area.  I created my piece by dying and painting fabrics, carving flower and leaf stamps, hand embroidery, and some digital editing to finish it up.   Giclee prints are a thick fine art print with a matte, watercolor paper like texture. Giclees are printed using a higher number of ink cartridges, therefore giving a richer depth of color.  Product pictures may vary slightly from actual product due to differences in screen color/light.
