At its core is a 10 mm liquid-crystal-polymer (LCP) dynamic driver—lightweight yet rigid—that delivers rich, impact-driven bass and extends cleanly into the treble with total harmonic distortion kept below 1%. Robust, Responsive Bass FiiO’s asymmetrical internal-and-external magnet circuit increases magnetic flux around the voice coil for tighter transient response and higher output—so every drum hit and sub-bass rumble hits with authority, while preserving detail in mids and highs. Built-In DSP & Presets The USB-C version houses an independent DSP audio chip with native support for up to 96 kHz/24-bit decoding. Five onboard sound profiles (Default, Bass Extension, Treble, Vocal, Harman Reference) let you tailor the JD1’s signature via “+” and “–” buttons on the inline remote.
