GUSTARD P26
Audiophile Circuit Design This preamplifier has a circuit designed for fully balanced applications. Thus the inputs, the volume control, and the preamplification stage are all fully balanced with no conversion stage at all. It uses two high-performance stereo LME49860 operational amplifiers mounted on DIP-8 support (removable). The latter can then be renewed/changed in order to adapt the overall sound signature. The amplification stage is hybrid, that is to say it relies on OPA as well as discrete components subcircuits. The output stages are constructed from discrete components with differential signaling architecture, which ensures excellent stability in the output signal. Analog Attenuation Thanks to a relay matrix driven by a logic circuit ALTERA MAX, the P16 is able to provide a constant and accurate volume on each channel. This type of volume of control combines the best of both worlds with the precision and finesse of pure analog attenuation as well as the comfort of dig
