Our wigs are 22.5 standard/medium size caps. And I know not everyone can fit standard size. I wear a small. So this option is to help you get your wig to fit perfect as it should! If you need a smaller or bigger size please choose this option. There are no refunds so you’re responsible for choosing your correct size. Thank you PLEASE make sure you choose correct we are not responsible if the wig doesn’t fit. This is just to get the wig as a small or large. Otherwise our wigs will come standard size.
