His Waxed Bat, from the premium (high-altitude) enclave of Mendoza, is always a huge hit with customers, show judges and critics. Decanter World Wine Awards judges once described it as “so thick you could paint with it.” This beauty has a long history of acclaim, and the 2022 edition has continued the tradition, vintage boasting a gold medal from France’s prestigious Gilbert & Gaillard wine guide.
