About the Vineyard: “Priorat is a wine-producing region that has long been contemplated for its preservation. Garnacha and Cariñena are the autochthonous and main varieties in this territory. The coasts are the vineyards planted on the slope of the mountain; which, added to the few precipitations and the low fertility of the liquorella, represent a performance altogether low; which results in a few grapes with concentrations of sugars, aromas and exceptional flavors.  D.O. Priorat wines have a high quality, they are elegant, easy to understand and enjoyable for everyone. The liquorella is a rock that defines the Priorat and its lifestyle. A little fertile land where, on many occasions, it only gives to the vines 40 cm of earth surface and stones crumbled to take root; giving prominence to the rock mother. A hard and porous rock that allows the water to filter quickly, preventing the plant from being supplied with ease, and triggering small grape production but with a high potential.” A
