DIPLOMATICO RUM AMBASSADOR SELECTION CASK STRENGTH 750ML. Ultra premium rum crafted from the finest rum reserves in very limited quantities for discerning drinkers and connoisseurs. The Diplomatico rums stem from the work of Don Juancho Nieto Melendez, who researched several different regions and studied their production methods. The result was "Ron Diplomatico," which appears to have first been produced in the 1890s. TASTE PROFILE Well balanced and complex profile that develops into a long, warm, and rolling finish. Bright, dark amber. Notes of port wine, cigar, dried fruits and chocolate. Raisin, nutmeg, and toasted oak notes leading into a long pleasing aftertaste.
