rye mashbill whisky from Balcones Distillery in Texas. They combine Elbon rye from Northwest Texas, crystal, chocolate and roasted rye. Distilled in pot stills made at Forsyths in Scotland, they then age in a mixture of barrels for all their whiskies, including heavier toasted barrels, and fine grain oak, as well as a few different species of oak.
