Falcon Spirits Raspberry Liqueur

Falcon Spirits’ "Dry Raspberry” Liqueur is a unique modern recreation of the classic raspberry liqueur. It is a high proof liqueur clocking at 60 proof, and low sugar content; not syrupy. We showcase the fresh raspberry sweetness and tartness, without masking it with processed sugar; allowing the raspberry to shine. It is distinct, bold, and unapologetic in being robust and natural. Farid Dormishian, owner and master distiller of Falcon Spirits, has been a Biochemist, Wine maker, Bartender, and a Distiller. He studied Biochemistry at U.C. Berkeley and my undergraduate research project was conducted on fermentation. After working in several mundane bars to fund his tuition, he found at a bar where the owners valued mixology.
