Carved oak what-not with three tiers and tripod base. Why a what-not? The name is pretty much a catch-all term. The idea is that you could put "what-not" on it—hence the name. Kinda fun and whimsical, don't you think? A product of 19th century England, a what-not is essentially a free standing set of shelves.
