For five generations the Thipaiah family have been producing coffee on the biodiverse land of the Kerehaklu estate in Chikamagular, India. The father-son duo Ajoy and Pranoy Thipaiah currently run the show, and are dedicated to expanding their practices by experimenting with the microbes in the soil from the other agriculture on the estate to enhance the uniqueness of their coffees.
