Martha Stoumen Red Wine Vinegar
A rare collaboration between two makers committed to traditional methods and exceptional quality. When acclaimed Sonoma County winemaker Martha Stoumen's Merlot from Suisun Valley's King Vineyard became vinegar through our traditional Orleans Method, the result was something truly special. Aged for two years in French Oak barrels, this red wine vinegar has a deep burgundy color and rich, complex flavor. It's bold without being harsh—smooth and velvety with earthy mineral notes and a subtle cherry finish. The acidity is bright but balanced, making it ideal for deglazing pans, creating rich reductions, finishing braised dishes, or adding sophisticated depth to marinades and vinaigrettes. Each 375 ml glass bottle is finished with paper labels and a natural cork closure for beautiful display.
