Meyer Lemon + Green Coriander Shrub

Satisfy even the most discerning palates with the truly unique flavors of green coriander. Derived from bolting cilantro that's going to seed, but hasn't dried into true coriander yet, each shiny green seed evokes notes of pink peppercorns, lemon verbena, and a touch of the tropics. Infused into our ACV with the freshest of Meyer lemons, this shrub is wonderfully sophisticated and versatile. Shrubs are a slightly sweet, acidic syrup usually made from vinegar, sugar, and fruit juices. Ours are handcrafted steps from the orchard with the award-winning ACV of our hand picked apples. We use just a touch of sugar and whole fruit—not just their juices—for the fullest natural flavor. Each glass bottle contains the live vinegar mother, full of nutrient-rich probiotics, and is finished with a cork to be beautifully displayed in any space
