Orchard Blend Granola

If you baked an apple pie fresh from the fruit of our farm, it’d taste like this granola: real vanilla, nutmeg, California almonds and walnuts, and of course, heirloom apples picked at the peak of their flavor from our orchard. This original blend has just the right amount of spice and crunch to liven up breakfast in a snap. Enjoy a scoop on its own or sprinkle it over yogurt, fruit, or into baked goods. Made with over a dozen varieties of our orchard-grown apples, dried right on our farm. We always use whole nuts, not pieces, to give our granola a satisfying crunch. Oats are slow-baked and sweetened with Sucanat, a dried unprocessed cane juice, for an extra toasty crispiness.
