Rosso Del Palazzino the Il Palazzino idea of a fresh and immediate Sangiovese. It is produced in a vineyard with a prevalence of Galestro, which helps the wine to have minerality and a very expressive fruit. Harvested by hand, fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged for 12 months in stainless steel. To be appreciated when young, but matures with great balance after a few years in the bottle.
