This Little Griddle Stainless Scraper is a preferred cleaning implement for all Little Griddle stainless steel griddles. It is made to scrape cooking material from your griddle into the grease well, and it works on hardened or dry ingredients, moist ingredients and cooking oil and food debris. It may be used with a wet or dry cooking surface, on its own or with the Little Griddle scrubber.  Keep things shining with the custom Little Griddle scrubber!  This scrubber has a pad made with special non-woven fibers to help remove grease and cooking material from your griddle, and it features a heat-resistant handle to keep hands away from cooking debris and griddle surfaces. This scrubber may be used with warm (but not hot) cooking surfaces. Oil or water on the surface is recommended for best removal of burned on ingredient
