Little breads are special because each one is handled individually; an invitation to play. They can be shaped into little stars, twists, knots, or spheres, and then dressed up with any manner of washes and seeds. In this new workshop, we will work with a simple whole wheat yeasted dough to explore fun buns. When you arrive, we will dive into shaping and decorating our little breads. While they are proofing and baking in the wood-fired oven, Heather will demonstrate mixing the dough by hand, leaving plenty of time for questions. You will have a chance to load your buns in the oven yourself. Participants will go home with a dozen little parbaked buns to finish at home, eat, and share. All of them will freeze well for later events. Sunday Dec 14, 1-3 PM Little Hat Creek Farm Space is limited to 12 participants and advance registration is required. Please note, proofing and baking times vary, so if you need to leave right at 3, please let Heather know in advance and she'll get your buns
