Mountain Medicinals Farm Walk @ Three Leaf Farm / June 29th

Sunday, June 29th, 10:00am - 12:00pm Join clinical herbalist Liz Faermark for an outdoor class on wild and cultivated medicinal plants. This class will introduce a few key medicinal species that live in the mountain west and beyond. We'll learn about: where these plants grow and what conditions they like, their nutritional and/or medicinal benefits, and how to incorporate them into your life! We'll also cover the basics of wildcrafting ethics, and safe harvesting practices. Class will be held at Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette, CO!  Liz Faermark is a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Clinical Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in the world of plants. Her love of herbalism was born through her years of work as a flower and herb farmer.
