A pantry must-have! Shiitakes are most used in Chinese cooking to help provide umami and texture - but we like to use them in all types of cuisines like pasta, omelettes, pizza and more. Slice or use whole, stir fry with veggies, noodles, or rice, add to soups, or even save the leftover soaking water to use as a broth or to cook rice with for some extra umami.
