Unfortunately, we do not offer International Shipping currently. Sizing Guidelines Women's tutu skirts are created with an elastic waistband, offering comfort and sizing accommodations. It is recommended that the skirt size is ordered based on your current pant sizing, as I use a standard US women's waist measurement when creating the skirt. You are welcome to email me your desired length of tulle based upon your use of the skirt. For instance, if you are participating in a Princess Run you may want the skirt shorter versus using it as a costume.
