Our tutu skirts for newborn girls are handmade from 4 super soft and fluffy tulle layers, taffeta lining, and elastic waistband. They are also decorated with more than 100 colorful textile pom poms that are put inside the layers but not sewn so your little one can play with them any time. This set will be a great addition to a newborn photoshoot, coming home or gender reveal party attributes.
