The skirt is made of 4 soft tulle layers and it is lined with taffeta for pleasant wearing. Sewn onto an elastic waistband that gently wraps around the waist. It is also decorated with more than 100 colorful pom poms inside the layers but not sewn in it, so they are always ready for playtime.
