Tutu set mint

A lovely handmade tutu for your little princess is made of 4 soft tulle layers lined with taffeta for pleasant wearing. Sewn onto an elastic waistband that gently wraps around the waist. The skirt is also decorated with more than 100 colorful pom poms inside the layers but not sewn in it, so they are always ready for playtime.
