25/03/29 Alternative Stone Setting: Flush Settings - VIDEO ONLY

Recorded Live Saturday, March 29, 2025 Instructor: Jennifer Stenhouse This stone setting workshop will focus on the techniques used to create flush settings using small, round faceted stones. There are five basic steps that will create a flush setting! We will work with 3mm faceted round stones and 14g sheet to create a step-by-step sample that illustrates every step of the process. Each student will have a finished sampler for reference at the end of the class. Some students, depending on the student’s skill level, may be able to set additional stones in previously finished work. We will discuss other flush setting possibilities. Students can practice and work on samples in copper, sterling, or brass. Participants are encouraged to try working in sterling silver sheet to create finished projects, as well. Prerequisite: Beginning Jewelry/Metals skills.  Beginning to Intermediate Levels All classes include the video recording, which you will have access to for 60 days after the class.
