For those ordering in time for Valentine's Day we will be shipping these cookies out on February 9th and 10th. New and just in for Valentine's are our Ruby Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Cookies. Delicate, buttery shortbread cookies are stamped out in hearts and XO's - baked to perfection and partially dipped in Belgian Ruby Chocolate.  Unfamiliar with Ruby Chocolate? It is a variety of chocolate introduced by Callebaut in 2017, it is a cross between milk and white chocolate with a taste that is slight sweet, sour and comparable to berries.  You will taste a fruity note to compliment the buttery shortbread taste.  The chocolate is made from the Ruby cocoa bean and no berry flavor or pink color is added during the process.  At Little Red Kitchen Bake Shop we love this chocolate for it's unique taste and color without the added use of artificial color!
