This paste is made with fresh turmeric, galangal, ginger, lemongrass, shallots, macadamia nuts, fresh & dried chilies, and LOADS of spices. There are many styles of Laksa throughout Malaysia (Assam, Sarawek, etc.) but this paste is for making Laksa Lemak (Curry Laksa). Find a recipe on the back for which you can grab most all the ingredients at Tran's (or your local Asian market)!
