Square Gear Extruder Die

This die extrudes a gear or "spoked-wheel" shape. The inner shape is a smooth circle. The die fits in most 4" square wall-mounted clay extruders including: NorthStar, Bailey, TA Metal Works, and the Amazon generic model. Extrusion Dimensions: The maximum outer diameter is 81 mm (~3 1/4"). The inner diameter is 2 1/2", and the wall is 7 - 14 mm thick. Die Dimensions: The die is 4 3/4" x 4 1/4" and approximately 1" thick. Base Cutter: The corresponding cutter is optional. It can be useful to cut a base or lid that exactly matches the extruded shape. The cutter is 3/4" tall.
