Design Concept: In ancient Greek mythology, the goddess Iris served as a messenger between the mortal world and the Elysian Fields, traveling along the arc of a rainbow. It is from her that the radiant iris flower takes its name—a bloom as dazzling and ethereal as the messenger herself. This crystal sculpture captures that spirit through the interplay of two boldly contrasting elements: the flower and the leaf. Each is individually crafted and fired at precise temperatures, then masterfully fused in a final kiln firing.
