If you want shipping to arrive on Saturday, there is an extra $15 charge. $15 is already added to the Saturday price.  All boiled crawfish orders are ALREADY SEASONED.  They come with a disposable cooler, and instructions on how to prepare and store your crawfish.  After your crawfish thaws, it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.   You do not have to be home to receive shipment.  It will be left at your door. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays (due to FedEx not offering it).  Make sure to select the appropriate day when ordering (in drop down box).  If you are ordering crawfish more than 7 days in advance, PLEASE make sure to email us right away letting us know what date you want your crawfish.  For example, if you order Friday morning and want delivery NEXT Saturday, you will need to let us know ASAP, otherwise we will assume
