A Hudson Level Control Valve with 1" BSPF Taper inlet thread. The Hudson Valve is a unique, compact water level control device. The design is very robust, rustproof, resistant to freezing, and anti-siphon. It is suitable for domestic or industrial applications. It operates by an internal float rising to close a diaphram valve. There are no external moving parts, so is tamper proof. The final shutoff level will depend on the inlet water pressure (8-150 psi), and will be in the range 38-51mm up from the valve base, consistent for a given pressure. Popular applications include, Irrigation systems, Holding tanks, ponds,fountains, water features, swimming pools and many more.
