Premium Sencha Our premium sencha is made from young tender tea leaves harvested in spring and early summer. Once picked the leaves are deep-steamed then finished with a signature high temperature air roast. Full-bodied. Mildly sweet and vegetal with undertones of fresh seaweed. Contains approximately 30 to 60mg of caffeine per cup. Ingredients: deep steamed green tea. Origin: Shizuoka, Japan. Storage: Store in a cool, dry, place away from light in an airtight container. Preparation: 1 tsp per 6 oz hot water (176ᴼF). Steep for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
