Leadership coaching is a core service offered in our approach to leadership development and an ideal way to continue on your own development journey after completing the Leadership Development Series. The custom support, in combination with practical application and accountability, provide a unique opportunity for development at any stage of a leader’s career.Leaders who choose to continue with coaching will meet one-on-one with their leadership coach to focus on the challenges they are personally dealing with as a leader. The frequency and duration are up to the graduate and their leader (i.e. add on three additional monthly coaching sessions, maintain quarterly coaching sessions, etc.). Individual coaching is customized to the graduate’s needs and the goals they are working on. Many continue working on the action plan they developed with their coach after receiving their 360-degree feedback prior to the end of the Series.
