Description Red cabbage microgreens are the red cabbage plant in phase II of its life cycle. At this stage they contain up to 40 times the nutrients and minerals than a mature head of broccoli. Adding red cabbage microgreens to your meals gives you the same benefits in a much smaller, nutrient dense and easier-to-use package.  Red Cabbage microgreens have red and purple stems with leaves of variegated dark green. They make for a vibrant, yummy, extraordinary garnish and mix well with other cruciferous veggies and radishes. Available in 2 Sizes: Deli container - The weight of the red cabbage microgreens averages 40 grams per container.
