Love Tin Candle

 There is an old movie where the script reads something like this: The wife says, “I don’t want you to clean the dishes because you have to. I want you to clean the dishes because you want to!” To which the husband replies, “Who wants to do the dishes?!” I lived this way all my life. But now my paradigms have shifted and I have learned the importance of doing everything with love in my heart. Even the small tasks that don’t always bring us joy, do them with love in your heart. This small change makes all the difference not just in your own life but in the lives of those around you.   So why did I make love a sugar cookie scent? Well, I used to hate making and then decorating sugar cookies during holidays. They took the longest to make and decorating them made me anxious as I wanted them to look perfect and felt they never came out looking good. But then I made them through the eyes of my son.
