Yield: 15-20 pancakes (4-6 Belgian waffles) per LB.  MOQ: 50lbs (2x 25lb case) Ingredients: Buckwheat*, Arrowroot*, Coconut Sugar*, Ceylon Cinnamon*, Pink Himalayan Salt. Plus: Monocalcium Phosphate and Sodium Bicarbonate for leavening. *=organic certified ingredient. Cooking Instructions: Mix 1 cup (160g) of dry mix with 1/2 cup of water.  Cook on 300 degrees for 2 minutes on each side.
