Treebeard

Big, bright sumptuous flavors from large healthy leaves that yield a date-flavored brew with hints of sour dough and chocolate smear. The large leaves are great for leaves in a bowl or sidehandle. This is a good tea for when you want an earthy tea during the warmer months- it’s bright and lifts you into the canopy, hence the name. The energy is uplifting yet soft and gentle, likely as a result of the older trees from which Treebeard was harvested. The thick creamy body of the tea yields a delicious long aftertaste. The tea is moderately patient, yielding 7-8 nice steepings. This is a solid go-to daily drinker for when you can’t decide what to drink but want something rootsy and satisfying.
