Vaporous Light

This beautiful blend of Fuding "Yin Hao" (Silver Hairs) Green Tea and Fujian-grown jasmine flowers was harvested in late April and the flowers in late May.   The sensual aroma of jasmine is in the forefront, accompanied by the fresh grassiness of green tea. The taste of the tea itself is sweet, jasmine, and umami with a thick, honey-like mouth-feel. The heat-clearing qualities of green tea combined with the relaxing effects of Jasmine make this tea ideal for late Spring days when Wood energy is very strong.  Growing region:  Fuding in Fujian province of China
