Expandable Design. The Pro 100 EXP, is the last dumbbell you’ll ever need. Designed for advanced weight lifters, the Pro 100 EXP adjustable dumbbell is expandable up to 100 lbs. After the base dumbbells, 20 lb expansions are available for added weight (Stages 2-4). Stage 2 (60 lbs), Stage 3 (80 lbs), and Stage 4 (100 lbs). All dumbbells are adjustable in 2.5 lb to 5 lb weight increments with a pair of included adder weights, perfect for building strength while maintaining good form or micro loading.
