This program was created for those who don’t have access to a gym or equipment, those traveling, or those who are looking for fast paced workouts. This is a 4 week program that is designed to be repeated whenever you‘d like or for however long you’d like. I would recommend repeating at least twice. There are 4 workouts a week (2 lower body, 1 upper body, and 1 full body). There is no equipment needed (other than a chair/bench/step) so you can complete these workouts wherever you’d like! There are videos attached to each exercise. Just click on the exercise name and it will play for you.
