Also known as Bai Mu Dan, this white peony tea is grown at 2,000 ft in Wuyi, China. The leaves are hand-picked, taking two leaves and a bud from the end of the tea plant's branch. This standard of plucking tea leaves is passed down from the Ming Dynasty. After plucking, the leaves are slowly dried indoors. The steeped tea is delicate with a mild sweetness.
