WHITE CAST DECALS ARE PRINTED ON CLEAR VINYL WITH WHITE INK BEHIND THE GRAPHIC ONLY, ENSURES THAT YOUR DECAL WILL POP ON ANY BASE COLOR.   Regular size decals range 3.25"- 4.50" in width or length whatever comes first with keeping decal proportional. These are great for cups, tumblers, & anything you want to decorate. Printed on a clear adhesive with a white layer of ink under the color so it pops on any design. This is NOT a waterslide.  scratch resistance.   Decals will stick to lots of smooth surfaces but DO have a transparent border so keep that in mind. Apply with transfer tape or just peel like a sticker.
