Defensive Revolver

This class is designed to improve the student’s ability to efficiently operate a double action (DA) or double action-only (DAO) revolver in defensive situations. Emphasis will be placed on shooting fundamentals, presentations from the holster, administrative handling, reloading techniques, and defensive mindset and tactics.  Students will complete many exercises with inert (“dummy”) ammunition to enhance learningand safety, and to reduce ammunition requirements and expenses. Therefore, each student will need suitable dummy ammunition for their revolver to participate in this class (see Required Equipment, below).
