Rural Operations for Law Enforcement The LMS Defense Rural Operations for Law Enforcement (ROLE) course was developed to assist individual officers, tactical teams and special units for law enforcement operations in a rural environment or in undeveloped natural areas within an urban area in both daytime and nighttime. LMS Defense's instructors will teach individual and team skills, operational planning methodologies and the development of SOPs and tactics. Instructors for this course come from a lengthy background of law enforcement (SWAT), US Army Special Forces, and US Air Force Special Operations (PJ).
