This course will be taught by LMS Defense Instructor(s) who are also certified through NAEMT to teach this curriculum. Upon successful completion of the course students receive a certificate of completion from NAEMT and 8 hours of CAPCE credit for qualified participants. Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) is the civilian version of the military focused TCCC course. Ideal for civilians, shooters, law enforcement officers and other non-EMS first responders, the TECC class will provide a student with the basic skills to care for traumatic injuries such as gunshot wounds. It includes 8 hours of content, which includes interactive lectures, skill stations, and patient simulations.
